The CBA is a regional ballooning organization that supports and promotes ballooning in the Carolina's, Virgina and Eastern Tennessee in the eastern USA. The CBA also hosts a Safety Seminar during the first weekend in February each year, and it's members are active in supporting several balloon rallies in the region.

Dues: US$12/year - individual, US$6/year - each additional family member, US$5 initiation fee for first time members. The CBA currently has a membership of around 115.
Newsletter: We publish a bi-monthly newsletter that is mailed to all members.
Meetings: Generally four times a year.
