Hurricane Felix - North Atlantic Hurricane Season 1995
Welcome to the most comprehensive Felix site on the Web!
From Ballooning Online! in Raleigh, NC USA!
Last update of this page: 19 August 1995 - 0330 UTC (11:30pm EDT, 18 Aug.).
Great News! All Hurricane & Tropical Storms Watches & Warnings have been dropped.
Discussion from Eric at Ballooning Online:
Great News (I think)! Felix is moving off to the east-south-east and should move farther
out to sea. There is some suggestion that Felix may again become nearly stationary, and
may even get a westerly component in a few days, but of course, there are no guarantees.
I will continue to track it here until it becomes extratropical or
dissipates, so check by every so often.
Also, if any other tropical systems develop that appear as if they may
hit land, I will put together a page on that system here at
Ballooning Online! So, check back when you want to follow
these tropical systems!
